Returns & Refunds Policy

At Treasure by the Sea, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
