Can I wear my jewellery in the ocean?
Many of our stainless steel pieces are designed to be durable for everyday wear. However, to keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend removing it before swimming in the ocean or pool, showering, sleeping or exercising.
Salt water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions and other chemicals can affect the finish of jewellery over time, particularly sterling silver and gold-plated pieces. Pearls and natural shells should also be treated with extra care. If your jewellery does get wet, rinse gently with fresh water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Australia within 1–2 business days. Express delivery is typically 1–3 business days to metro areas and 3–6 to regional.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Australia-wide is our focus right now. If you are overseas and have your heart set on a piece, email us and we will see what we can arrange.
What if it does not suit me?
Return any unworn piece within 7 days for a refund or exchange, in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our jewellery is made from quality materials including 316L stainless steel and .925 Sterling Silver and Gold plated finishes. Sterling Silver can naturally tarnish over time, and exposure to salt water ,chlorine, perfumes and lotions may affect the finish. Please follow our Jewellery Care instructions to help keep your pieces looking their best.
